Strategy Call

We will schedule a 30-minute call so that you can tell us about your business, and share with us the specifics of what you’re looking for in a candidate

We get a crystal clear picture of your talent needs and create a tailored job description that attracts ideal candidates.

Search & Test

Over the next few days, we review resumes and select professionals that closely match your criteria.

Our rigorous aptitude tests measure role-specific skills, attention to detail, computer literacy, and more. Candidates who score in the 95+ percentile are scheduled for interviews.

Interviews

Next, our Talent Acquisition Specialists interview candidates face-to-face to assess their demeanor, communication skills, and cultural fit.

You meet with the chosen candidate for ~15 minutes and make your decision. At this point in the process, we have invested ~60 hours so that your time investment is just 45 minutes.

Monitoring

We make sure your standards are consistently met with a productivity grading system.

Our sophisticated software tracks employees daily with screenshots and keyboard/mouse activity monitoring. We inform you right away if we see a decline in productivity.

Payment

We charge $0 for the entire recruiting process. Once your employees are hired, you'll receive a simple monthly invoice from us. Never worry about interest rates or fees.
