Next, we put the candidates and their skills to the test. Our first round of assessments allows us to trim down the applicant pool by testing candidates on their attention to detail and cognitive abilities.
At this point, we’ve narrowed down the talent pool to around 43% of the initial applicants. But let’s dive a little deeper.
We then conduct the second round of assessments, where we gauge even more specific skills. We test candidates on their verbal and written English skills, computer literacy as well as role-specific requirements.
After all the assessments, we’re left with roughly 12% of the initial candidate pool. But our work is far from over.
Passing the rigorous testing phase does not automatically warrant an invitation for an interview. Our Talent Acquisition Team evaluates the overall profile of the applicants to determine whether or not relevance in work history exists, and only then would an invite be sent out.
The candidates are then scheduled for a meeting with one of our experienced HR specialists.
By utilizing a personalized line of questioning, we generate a clear picture of the candidate’s
background & ensure an in-depth understanding of their attitude towards work and communication skills.
We also identify potential work hindrances like commitment issues and lack of proper equipment.
We conduct an in-depth peer-review process, where our team takes into account everything that we’ve learned about each candidate, before recommending a select few to our executive team.

You would then get the chance to meet with the chosen candidates and weigh their qualifications for the job yourself. Should you wish for additional steps to be taken by the candidates, we can set things up and reach an agreement until such a time when you are ready to take in the candidate as a part of your team!
